REFUND POLICY

1) RETURNS

Can I return my order? Yes, within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition with all components, accessories, and packaging.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be cleaned before returning.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported immediately.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns may be rejected if items are used, damaged, or don't meet the conditions above.

2) HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If the conditions are met:

  1. Email info@greysonandreid.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide the correct return address (do not send to the sender's address).

3) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION POLICY)

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Send your cancellation to info@greysonandreid.com within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4) EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

5) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Report immediately via email with photos of the damage or defect. A replacement or refund will be provided depending on the situation.

6) RETURN ADDRESS

Returns are sent to our central warehouse. The return address will be provided after your return request has been submitted.
